AI Policy

As a cooperative, we acknowledge that AI is becoming increasingly prevalent within productions.  Whilst the agency is still navigating this, we believe that authenticity in all categories of performance is crucial to keeping the industry a flourishing and creative space for all artists.

PAA rejects the usage of data bots scraping personal data for Large Language Models and does not consent to any of our clients likeness being used for these purposes. 

Save for and subject to the grant of rights set out in this Agreement and unless otherwise mutually agreed between parties; the Artist does not consent to their performance, voice and likeness being recorded, used and reproduced for the purposes of digitisation, synthetisation or performance cloning with digital technologies, machine learning systems or equivalent means, both present and future.
